The South Omaha Arts Institute (SOAI) is a 501 C3 dedicated to the cultural preservation, educational outreach, and augmentation of the Arts. Its mission is to provide artistic and culturally specific opportunities for both artists and members of the ethnically and linguistically, diverse population of the Omaha community.
